Soft spoken and efficient. Able to checked and advised the problem of the power strip tripping. (We found out that it was one of our 2 monitors' adapter that is giving the issue n burnt one of the monitor). He has also recommended me to ground n rewire my heater. Overall satisfaction 5 Stars 🌟
